RAIN OR SHINE - We are 35 miles north of NYC in Rockland County.

Haverstraw Riverwide Arts and the Village of Haverstraw, NY, celebrate the diverse culinary options Downtown with the 10th annual “Haverstraw Crawl Eats and Beats” – a small plates or tapas-focused food sampling. The Crawl begins in front of the Webster Bank lot: 38 New Main St. NO TICKETS REQUIRED.

20+ restaurants are participating. Tastings are $5-$10 per plate. New Main, Broadway, Main St., and West St. will be closed to vehicular traffic. Tents, tables, and chairs will be set up for patrons on New Main and Main St. who choose not to eat indoors.

The Village of Haverstraw is North Rockland’s only historic downtown. Given its vibrancy and walkability, it is a most befitting location to host the Food Crawl. Downtown is a famously dense collection of distinguished restaurants and artisan food makers. It is also a burgeoning scene of food-focused entrepreneurship, arts, historic buildings, restoration, and preservation.
